I purchased this unit last year to use in my RV but it's too tall for the space allocated. Unit is brand new with the exception of bringing it home from the store. Hoses and manuals are in the tub and the warranty has not been registered. As you would expect, it is in brand new pristine condition. This is local pick-up only, but I would consider assisting with a curbside delivery within 50 miles of Fairborn Ohio for an extra $1.50 a mile to your location. This unit is rather heavy at 252#. Please plan accordingly. Two able bodies and a 2 wheel cart can easily move it.
