This role will be onsite at our US corporate office Springfield, OH.
This role is highly cross-functional and visible to Executive Leadership.
Oversee and manage the entire Region Americas Human Resources group. This region consists of the US, Canada, and Latin America.
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and execution of the Human Resources function. Position will have 10 to 12 direct reports.
Develop, coach existing team members.
Ability to relate to individuals at all levels within the organization and be able to objectively coach, counsel and guide both managers and employees through complex, difficult and emotional issues.
Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new policies and procedures.
Self-directed and self-motivated
Ability to travel as needed both domestically and internationally as required by the business, 30%
