Qualifications:
This position requires one of the following:
A.
Certified Medical Assistant B.
Certified Licensed Practical Nurse Candidates will possess a valid Ohio license.
Experience:
Preferred work experience will include 1-3 years in an OB/GYN or Family Practice care environment.
Experience with an Electronic Health Record system, preferably EPIC or Greenway.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and telephone skills.
Excellent computer, organizational and time management skills.
Strong customer services orientation.
Must be flexible and possess problem-solving skills.
Must be resourceful, self-motivating, and able to act independently.
Specific Responsibilities & Expectations:
Must be able to communicate effectively with patients, other staff, insurance companies, drug rep's and physicians.
The main focus of this position is patient care, documentation and following practice protocols and policies while maintaining goals set forth per practice guidelines.
