Requirements:
o Current RN license in state they are working or covered by compact (required)o BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, must obtain from approved source prior to direct patient care)o ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required within 6 months of hire)o TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course (preferred)o CCRN Critical Care Registered Nurse (preferred)o PCCN Progressive Care Certified Nurse (preferred)o RN-BC Registered Nurse - Board Certified (preferred)o TCRN Trauma Certified Registered Nurse (preferred)o National Institute of Health (NIH) Stroke Certification (preferred)o Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred)o 1 year of RN experience (required)o 6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit (preferred)o EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred)o Critical Care Course (preferred)Additional Information:
o Assigns patient care according to the nursing skill, knowledge, and scope of practice of staff.

o Manages nursing care of the patient with a Swan-Ganz catheter.
