Ideal candidate would possess a proven track record related to therapy team management, interdisciplinary engagement, knowledge of Patient Driven Payment Model, case mix management, therapy program development as well as be a self-driven, highly motivated and energetic individual.
Detailed Oriented is a Must! Position would report directly to the facility Administrator and be supported by the Director of Resource Development.
Job responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
department scheduling, caseload management, meeting attendance, coordination with MDS staff, management of skilled and Medicaid case mix groups, report completion, documentation auditing, financial management, and other duties as assigned.
