We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Director of Rehabilitation At Northwood it is our mission to provide individualized, compassionate and innovative healthcare services that will inspire each guest to achieve the full and meaningful life they desire.

Ideal candidate would possess a proven track record related to therapy team management, interdisciplinary engagement, knowledge of Patient Driven Payment Model, case mix management, therapy program development as well as be a self-driven, highly motivated and energetic individual.
Detailed Oriented is a Must! Position would report directly to the facility Administrator and be supported by the Director of Resource Development.
Job responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
department scheduling, caseload management, meeting attendance, coordination with MDS staff, management of skilled and Medicaid case mix groups, report completion, documentation auditing, financial management, and other duties as assigned.
